Design and Build Project:
The Car Park Building at Thammasart University – Rangsit Campus follows the Design and Build approach, ensuring a seamless integration of architectural design and construction execution. This methodology allows for efficient communication, cost-effectiveness, and optimal project delivery.

Owner’s Vision:
The project originated from the suggestion and conviction of the esteemed owner, a professor from Thammasart University. Their deep understanding of the campus’s parking requirements led to the realization of this much-needed facility. The owner’s involvement ensures that the design and construction align perfectly with the university’s goals and vision.

Third-Party Consultation:
To ensure the highest standards and expert guidance, we have engaged a reputable third-party consultant. This consultant brings their expertise to the project, providing valuable insights and recommendations throughout the design and construction phases. Their involvement further ensures that the Car Park Building will meet all safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.

Structure and Load Capacity:
The Car Park Building boasts a robust and durable structure, utilizing a combination of steel and Hollow Core elements. This combination provides the necessary strength and stability to accommodate heavy loads and withstand various environmental conditions. The building is designed to support a load capacity of 500 Kg/m2, ensuring the safety and longevity of the structure.

Parking Capacity:
This state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed to accommodate the parking needs of the campus community. With a capacity to park 500 cars, including vans, and featuring seven designated disability parking spaces, the Car Park Building is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all.

Construction Manpower:
To bring this vision to life, a dedicated team of 40-60 skilled construction professionals will be involved in the project. Their expertise and commitment will ensure the construction proceeds smoothly and efficiently, adhering to the highest quality standards.

Project Schedule:
The Car Park Building project is scheduled to take place from 2018 to 2019. With a well-defined timeline, we are committed to delivering the project on schedule, ensuring that the parking facility is available to the Thammasart University community as planned.
